Look at this brand-new door installation project we did in Lakewood, CA. As you can see in the before pictures, the previous door was old and outdated. The doorknob, lock, and seals around the frame were no longer securely in place. It made this home extremely susceptible to break-ins and high electric bills. Compromises in doorknobs and locks make it incredibly easy for intruders to break in. Faulty seals allow heat to enter the home and air to escape it, resulting in high energy bills. With this new door, the homeowners are now much more protected against both. Our doors are made of the most rigid materials and are made explicitly with energy efficiency in mind. It’s the best of both worlds. While a plain door could have been just fine in this space, the homeowners selected a door with a single-hung window and a slightly smaller pet door that was more appropriate to their needs. The single-hung window is our favorite little feature, as it now allows natural lighting into the home’s interior. Overall, the homeowners were pleased with their new door and our installation job.
